Terms and Conditions We believe these standard terms and conditions reflect the custom and practice of KidZone, which provides Breakfast, Afterschool & Holiday care. The rules about notice and payment of fees are designed to promote stability, assist forward planning and the proper resourcing of the provision. Nothing within these terms and conditions affects the parent/guardian's statutory rights. To enable us to provide and maintain the highest standards of care we require all parents to be aware of, and abide by, the following conditions:
All parents/carers will receive a monthly booking form, and will book days need for childcare, this booking form must be signed and dated and returned back to KidZone. Once KidZone have received the parent/carer’s booking form, the cancellation procedures are as follows:
Breakfast Club 7 days notice
Afterschool Club 7 days notice
Holiday Club 14 days notice
Fees are payable if we do not receive the required notice.
To cancel booked dates for breakfast and afterschool care, is by using the cancellation slips that are provided at your child's childcare setting, we cannot accept email, verbal or telephone cancellations. All appropriate cancellations will be credited to your account.
· All fees for the Wigan settings are charged weekly in advance and must be paid by Thursday at the latest for the following weeks childcare, this includes all online payments. No payments will be taken on Friday for the following weeks childcare if payments are not received by Thursday your child/ren’s booking will automatically be cancelled.
·Parents/Carer’s who fail to abide by payment terms, may at KidZone’s discretion be required to pay in full at the time of booking for places required, regardless of how far in advance.
·Fees are payable during periods of absence from KidZone, including sickness child/ren cannot have the booking changed to another day due to their absence.
·Parents/Carer’s must be aware if you are not available to make your child/ren’s payment due to being on holiday, payment can be made in advance either on site or online via the website. If payment has not been received childcare bookings will be cancelled.
·Parents/Carer’s collecting children late from KidZone will be subject to a surcharge of £3.50 per child, every 15 minutes or part thereof. Parents/Carer’s should be aware that school premises have to be vacated by the designated closing time.
·Parents/Carer’s must notify KidZone as soon as possible if your child will not be attending KidZone. You must telephone the site mobile RL Hughes 07960-473216 Astley St Stephens 07961-016802. PLease do not ring the office, as we cannot guarantee the message will be received in time. If no one is available leave a message and staff will collect the message when they are on site.
·Online payments require parent/carer to add chil/ren names into the comment box before processing your payment, we will then be able to match the payment name to the child’s name.
Online payments are instant, Kidzone receive confirmation as soon as you have made the payment.

Once KidZone have received the parent/carer’s booking form and payment, the cancellation procedure is as follows:
Holiday Club 20 days notice
Fees are payable if we do not receive the required notice.
Booking forms should be sent to the PO Box address, as soon as you know what days you need to book your child into Kidzone, this will provisionally book a place for your child/ren.
All fees are payable in advance in 2 instalments for summer holiday bookings. Payment for the first 3 week period must be made prior to the holiday scheme starting, however places cannot be guaranteed until payment is received therefore we recommend early booking and payment via the online payment option.
